The Akamai Managed Security Service Technical Security Review is a biannual analysis of your existing solution security posture delivered by Akamai’s security experts. The analysis is presented as a comprehensive report, along with recommendations on security posture updates.

The Akamai Managed Security Service Monthly Solution Report provides a summary of security activity, overall security posture, fulfillment, and project updates. These will be provided separately eight times per year and combined with the Customer Business Review in the months those are scheduled.

The Akamai Managed Security Service Customer Business Reviews are more strategic interactions that cover the current threat landscape, industry data, and product roadmaps, and are delivered on a quarterly basis.

The Akamai Managed Security Service delivers two additional components as part of the security intelligence feature:

  • Akamai Attack Reports provide specific threat awareness of attack activity observed by Akamai across our platform. Akamai is able to collect attack intelligence on a massive scale to provide actionable information that will assist with cyber positioning, hardening, situational awareness, and mitigation.
  • Threat Intel and Common Vulnerability Enumeration (CVE) Bulletins provide you with visibility into threat data and script vulnerabilities so you can mitigate active threats or harden security posture weaknesses before you become a target.
